The skies stayed clear and the sun shined brightly on the 2019 Louisiana Crawfish Boil Championships at Immaculate Conception School on Saturday, April 6, 2019. A record crowd filled the event grounds to sample the tasty crustaceans and fixins' prepared by 60 teams.
