PreK-3; PreK-4; Kindergarten, 1st grade and 4th grade.
Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are to be submitted online. The link to our application can be found on our website: www.icschargers.org. A non-refundable application fee of $25 for each child must be paid online in order to submit the application.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

CUSTODY NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the custodial parent to furnish the school with a copy of the custody section of the divorce decree. This school abides by the provisions of the Buckley Amendment with respect to the rights of the non-custodial parent. In the absence of a court order to the contrary, the school will provide the non-custodial parent with access to the academic records and to other school-related information regarding the child. If there is a court order specifying that there is to be no information given, it is the responsibility of the custodial parent to provide the school with an official copy of the court order. This also applies to guardianship.
In the case of a student transferring from another Archdiocesan Catholic school, the principal will investigate the status (academic, financial obligations, and discipline) of the student by conferring with the previous principal, and by reviewing the report card and pertinent records.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
*Exception: Applications for families applying for the nursery program awaiting the birth of the child will be sent to processing. In the application, parents may use the child’s name if known or “Baby” and Last Name. For the date of birth, use the baby’s due date and a series of numbers for the social security number (ex. 111-11-1111).
DETERMINATION
The Admissions Committee of Immaculate Conception School will determine acceptance.
ICS typically accepts students according to the following categories:*
1. Children of territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor; Siblings of current ICS students;**
2. Children of non-territorial parishioners who are deemed active by the pastor;
3. Children of ICS Alumni or legacy families as determined by the pastor;
4. Children of territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor;
5. Children of non-territorial parishioners of a parish without a school or no room in their territorial parish school who are deemed active by their pastor;
6. All others - including inactive parishioners, non-Catholics, etc.
* Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee automatic acceptance.
** Being a sibling and/or a parishioner does not guarantee automatic acceptance.
In the event an applicant is sent an offer of acceptance, enrollment must be completed within one week of the acceptance notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of status as a student for the school year.
Fee Policy
All fees paid are non-refundable regardless of acceptance as a student by ICS. Once a child has been accepted, all fees applied to registration are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other child/student/applicant.
